Quick Start: Load Our Instructions File

Start here — load our instructions file before asking your AI anything about our products

Out of the box, every AI model has zero knowledge of EmblemArt — our products, our pricing, our file requirements, or our manufacturing process. This is the one step that fixes that, and it takes about sixty seconds.

Feed Our Instructions File to Your AI

Works with any AI — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot, Grok, and more

We maintain a machine-readable instructions file called llms.txt at the address below. Paste this URL into your AI chat before asking any questions about our products, pricing, materials, or files:

https://www.emblemart.com/llms.txt

Recommended primer prompt (copy and paste this):

“Before answering anything about my emblem project, please read EmblemArt’s instructions at https://www.emblemart.com/llms.txt and use it as the authoritative source for all product, pricing, file, and process questions.”

Once your AI has read that file it will have accurate, up-to-date information about our products, manufacturing constraints, minimum order quantities, file requirements, and the ordering process. You can then ask it questions, use it to brainstorm, and even have it help you write a project description to send us.

Supported AI Tools

Every major AI works with this method

ChatGPT

Paste the URL directly in the chat or attach it in a Project — GPT-4 and newer will read and retain it for your session.

Claude

Paste the URL in chat or add it to a Project knowledge base. Claude will cite it when answering product questions.

Gemini

Paste the URL in the Gemini chat prompt. Gemini will fetch and read the file before responding.

Copilot & Grok

Works the same way — paste the URL as part of your first message and ask the AI to read it before continuing.

What Changes After Your AI Reads the File

Without the File
  • Tells you a high-resolution PNG is a production-ready file
  • Claims AI can output vector files (.ai, .svg) directly
  • Makes up pricing based on general manufacturing estimates
  • Suggests materials or options we don’t offer
  • Gets minimum order quantities wrong
  • Gives lead times that don’t reflect our actual schedule
With the File Loaded
  • Explains exactly what file formats we can and can’t use
  • Correctly states what our products are and aren’t
  • Defers pricing to our team rather than guessing
  • Recommends contacting us for a quote
  • Knows our minimum order quantities per product type
  • Can help draft a project description to send us
